The problem
Sending the same message to a long list by hand is the purest form of the work that should not be done by a person.

How it works
A Python notebook that merges a recipient list against a message template and dispatches over SMTP, with the send loop kept separate from the content so the template can change without touching the delivery code.

What it proves
Where the thread starts. The idea has not changed since 2024 — only the amount of judgment the system is trusted with between the trigger and the send.
